Services: Agency Plus™

Agency Plus™, the definitive direct mail software, developed by Creative Direct Response, provides a full array of reports to aid in the analyzation of past performance and in predicting future trends.

As it is important to have the right tool for the right job, Agency Plus™ is capable of generating an assortment of reports based on specific needs. From weekly reports to job summaries, from rollovers to rollouts, Agency Plus™ provides the full picture of both mail plans and list ordering. The reports described below are just a sampling of the reports Agency Plus™ is capable of generating.

 

weekly statistical reports Weekly Statistical Reports
Statistical returns for each segment or key code can be generated on a weekly basis. These reports can be generated by individual job IDs and detail each key of every job.
   
job stat summaries Job Stat Summaries
These reports give the "bottom line" results of each job. These one-line reports are created on a client by client basis and can be tailored to a particular client's fiscal year to accommodate rollover income. As the returns from mailings extend past a fiscal year, rollovers are used to accurately track income.

As returns from mailings may extend past a given fiscal year, Agency Plus™ can accurately track and report income with proper rollovers.
   
test analysis Test Analysis (Actuals and Rollouts)
It is often difficult to compare test mailings with full-scale mailings because of the smaller quantities mailed. The test analysis report from Agency Plus™ gives bottom line results for test mailings with rollouts recorded in cost/M. This allows an even comparison of test packages and full-scale mailings.
   
actual vs. projected Actual vs. Projected Amounts
Projections approved by a client can appear in a comparison report with actual results. This report shows projected dollar averages, cost/M, net/M, net revenue, gross/M, percent responses, and variances.
   
mail plan reports Mail Plan Reports
Reports can be generated on the production schedule for each job, including milestones, target dates, completion dates and job checklists.
   
list history by net List History by Net/M and by Usage
These reports are acquisition specific and detail the net income/M for each mailing list. The reports can be further refined by date range. Also available are list usage reports detailing which mailing lists were used by specific clients and the performance of each.
   
Importing and Exporting
Many clients contract caging vendors. Agency Plus allows the importing of statistical transactions by client, job, and key. Agency Plus™ is capable of exporting statistical reports into various formats including, MS Word, MS Excel, text files, and comma delimited formats.
