and immediate interaction with its clients.
Account executives are able to generate client mail plans, specs, bids, awards of components to vendors, client budgets, cost documentation and payment tracking to vendors – all in one system.
In addition, we also employ a dedicated statistical staff capable of generating the most recent statistical reports, summaries, and detailed results from the various campaigns, all of which help insure that sub-vendor bills are accurate and in accordance with approved purchase orders before being forwarded for payment.
Because our statisticians use the same program to generate reports, the amount of time and chance for error are reduced significantly as data does not need to be re-keyed. The statistical analysis section is standard with many reports, which detail the performance of various mailings.
Account executives and statisticians both make use of the Mail Plan component of Agency Plus™. Creative Direct Response is able to improve its proficiency by working with its own internal and integrated mail plan software.
All Creative Direct Response account executives undergo continual DM training to ensure that their level to knowledge within the DM industry is at the highest level possible.
