Creative Direct Response has a strong commitment to training from within the company. We believe that on-going training is essential to staying on top of the direct mail business.

We offer free, in-house training to all staff members on an ongoing basis. Frequently, training sessions will be taught by a senior employee, and often we bring in guest speakers from all avenues of the industry.

Our training also includes site visits to many of our vendors, so that account executives, statisticians and creatives alike are well versed in every aspect of the business.

At CDR Academy, we conduct on-site training sessions for new employees and refresher courses for veteran employees on all topics of direct mail. Educated and informed employees are our most prized possessions.
